Food—is 80% of what your body looks like. It’s SO important. As your Size 10 Chronicles I will help you learn how to eat effectively for your goals.


Blood Type Diets—Although I don’t think eating according to your blood type will help you lose weight, it will help you feel better, digest your food more completely and benefit from the nutrients in the food you eat more fully, all positive for your overall wellbeing.




Carbohydrate Cycling—Carbohydrate cycling is the method I have found to be MOST EFFECTIVE in taking off fat quickly and easily. This method (varying the amounts of carbohydrates you take in each day) works because it forces your body into optimal fat burning mode, it keeps your metabolism burning rapidly and constantly, and it is easy to follow. Weight Training—is CRITICAL to your effective shaping of your body.  I can’t say enough about it. I have come to LOVE the iron and what it does for my shape. As my old teacher told me, “Muscles are the ONLY THING to give your body shape.” It is the way to building a beautiful body. Continually challenge yourself with weight bearing exercise.


Cardio—Love it or hate it you’ve got to do it. Like Weight Training it is so important for changing how your body looks and feels. It is an important discipline to regularly do your cardio and incorporate it into your “must dos” each week.


The MIND! Without developing mental discipline, meaningful goals that connect in your mind and heart, getting to a point where you will do (for real, with follow through) what you need to do is what the Size 10 Chronicles coaching and personal training method helps you achieve.
